Here at Feoil O’ Criostoir Teo, we have over 20 years’ experience in processing premium quality beef.

We process about 3000 cattle per annum and some of these will be done with a specific customer preference in mind.

Beef can be delivered in bone in carcass or in primal form and are tailored to match precisely the specifications of each customer.

The unique design of our slaughter-line enables us to dress the animal without using water on the carcasses. This approach results in the carcasses having a firm, dry fat cover.
